Kickstarter double le NFTS
FALSE:: MISTAKE: UNSUPPORTED ENCODING
NFT seem to be the way of the future. This is what many companies seem to think today. Ubisoft thought it, and Square Enix had a certain success with the introduction of the concept. But now, Kickstarter, the popular participatory financing site for board games, video games and many others, seems to think that way.
This sudden change has been an unpleasant and unexpected surprise for those currently using the platform as a means of promoting and obtaining participatory funding for their independent projects. Kickstarter wrote a blog on the subject, trying to explain that it's a good thing and that it will be a better experience for users.
Since this intervenes in the midst of various participatory financing projects, and that there was no prior warning, it is not surprising that users oppose it. And also, given the anti-union talks of previous years, this has been considered the drop of water. It was not surprising that there were all kinds of protests and complaints. But instead of retreating, Kickstarter doubled, publishing a blog on the subject and, interestingly, turning it into an almost FAQ format. Almost because it seems to answer questions about what it does.
But the tone seems condescending or even condescending for the reader. As they try to make believe that this will be beneficial for users, for those who support or need funding for their various projects, it seems more than that will fill them with the pockets, not helping people as they should.
Although Kickstarter is the most important and most popular participative financing site, there are fortunate alternatives. For those looking to finance projects (and do not currently feel blocked by Kickstarter), there is Game found and Indiegogo, among other things, to check.
